D\u2019abord, des majorations et des int\u00e9r\u00eats pour paiement tardif, avant une \u00e9ventuelle proc\u00e9dure judiciaire de recouvrement. De plus, vous mettez en danger votre couverture mutuelle et le remboursement de vos frais m\u00e9dicaux! Mieux vaut donc agir au plus vite\u2026<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Demandez un plan d\u2019apurement!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Premier r\u00e9flexe: contactez directement votre conseiller CAS pour conna\u00eetre la proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 suivre. Dans beaucoup de cas, vous trouverez aussi un formulaire de demande d\u2019\u00e9talement sur son site Internet. Que v\u00e9rifie l\u2019organisme?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Que votre proposition d\u2019\u00e9talement est raisonnable. N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 consulter votre comptable avant de l\u2019envoyer.<\/li>\n<li>Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, que vous avez toujours bien respect\u00e9 d\u2019anciennes facilit\u00e9s de paiement. Apr\u00e8s deux plans d\u2019apurement cons\u00e9cutifs non respect\u00e9s, aucun \u00e9talement ne vous sera accord\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Que vous ne faites pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019objet d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire. C\u2019est le cas? Prenez contact avec le service contentieux de votre caisse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Plan accept\u00e9? Bonne nouvelle\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u2026 mais, attention, vous devez respecter plusieurs conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payer un acompte de 30 % minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9gler vos nouvelles cotisations sociales trimestrielles \u00e0 temps.<\/li>\n<li>Etre conscient que la dur\u00e9e du plan d\u2019apurement ne pourra pas d\u00e9passer 12 mois (24 mois dans des cas exceptionnels).<\/li>\n<li>Savoir que vous restez aussi soumis aux p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s de retard! Cela dit, rien ne vous emp\u00eache de demander leur annulation. Comment? Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un formulaire \u00e0 envoyer \u00e0 votre CAS, dans lequel vous pouvez motiver votre appel. La d\u00e9cision finale revient \u00e0 l\u2019Institut national d\u2019assurances sociales pour travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants (INASTI)\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, honorer les d\u00e9lais de paiement. Dans le cas contraire, vous risquez d\u2019\u00eatre forc\u00e9 de rembourser le solde imm\u00e9diatement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Votre demande d\u2019\u00e9talement est refus\u00e9e\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dans ce cas, vous avez int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 quand m\u00eame effectuer des paiements selon vos possibilit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res. Cela diminuera le principal de votre dette, mais aussi les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s. Gardez \u00e9galement en t\u00eate que le paiement de vos cotisations sociales est r\u00e9current.
